Reed are one of the most well-known recruitment businesses in London, but have been facing competition from new entrants and new business models. Our brief was to create a stand out campaign that would get people engaging with reed.co.uk either online or by phone. The aim was to get Reed noticed, talked about and back at the front of mind for people looking to change jobs.



We created a visual solution that had the strength and authority to grab the attention of busy commuters. With confident copy lines, that led the creative, backed with punchy and vibrant visuals. The brand guidelines were adhered to, though pushed, ensuring tone of voice was in-line with the humorous, confident nature Reed is known for and the core colours included, ensuring the brand was instantly recognisable.

The campaign ran for a month, primarily in London, but also in other key cities across the UK. Comprising of 48 sheets, 4 and 6 sheets, bus sides, digital towers and press adverts, as well as spanning across social and digital channels. This punchy and innovative campaign has changed the mindset of how Reed treat their marketing comms.
